Q: I've changed my mind, can I return my item?
We quality check each product prior to dispatch. If however you have issues with your order we are happy to assist you. We are unable to provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on products that have been personalised unless faulty.
For issues such as wear and tear, we do not guarantee that products will be replaced or repaired.
Please note, all jewellery and hair accessories are not applicable for refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Q: My item is faulty, what do I do?
If your item is faulty, please send an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the faulty item. We will then assist you with next steps.
