Q: I've changed my mind, can I return my item?
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange on items that have been personalised unless the item is faulty. We try our best to make sure our products have been produced to the highest standard before we ship them out.

Q: My item is faulty, what do I do?
If your item is faulty, please send an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the faulty item. We will then assist you with next steps.
