If there is anything wrong on your order confirmation, please email us at email@example.com so we can update your information before dispatching your order.

Q: I have an issue with my product, what can I do?
We quality check each product prior to dispatch. If however you have issues with your order we are happy to assist you to repair or replace the product for you. We are unable to provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on products that have been personalised.
For issues such as wear and tear, we do not guarantee that products will be replaced or repaired.

Q: What happens if the product I buy is a pre-order?
